Description

When our values align, there's no limit to what we can achieve.

At Parexel, we all share the same goal - to improve the world's health. From clinical trials to regulatory, consulting, and market access, every clinical development solution we provide is underpinned by something special - a deep conviction in what we do.

Each of us, no matter what we do at Parexel, contributes to the development of a therapy that ultimately will benefit a patient. We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.

We are seeking an experienced RoME Ecosystem Consultant  for a large pharmaceutical sponsor to support the Solution Owner in designing, structuring, and delivering a scalable, compliant, and future-ready Meetings, Events & Engagements (ME&E) ecosystem. Your particular experience and focus will be on software integration into Cvent and optimizing the platform's capabilities to support the unified RoME ecosystem.

As a key member of the delivery team, you will work across Meetings, Events & Engagements, Consultancy, Grants, Sponsorships, and Donations, ensuring alignment across business, compliance, and technology domains while supporting the Solution Owner's decision-making authority.

Key Responsibilities

You will drive delivery across eight core consultancy goals:

  • Matrix Leadership & Delivery Enablement

What You'll Deliver

  • Standardised global process blueprints and integration frameworks (PEGA, Cvent, Veeva/IQVIA, Salesforce)

  • Compliance-to-system translation with defined guardrails for cross-border, pharmacovigilance, legal, and finance functions

  • Prioritisation frameworks balancing compliance, business value, and dependencies

  • Migration and change management strategies for legacy system transition

  • Governance models and collaboration frameworks enabling cross-functional delivery

  • Continuous improvement and innovation pipelines

Who You Are

  • Strategic thinker with experience in large-scale ecosystem design and transformation

  • Skilled in process analysis, design, and cross-functional coordination

  • Strong background in software implementation for Finance and Compliance

  • Demonstrated expertise in optimizing financial transparency and pharmaceutical compliance reporting

  • General knowledge and understanding of pharma compliance requirements and regulations

  • Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, and governance frameworks

  • Experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments and matrix organisations

  • Proficient with enterprise platforms (PEGA, Salesforce, CRM systems, event management tools)

  • Excellent communicator able to translate business and compliance requirements into system design

  • Comfortable operating in a support role without direct decision-making authority

  • Proven track record in delivering healthcare or life sciences technology initiatives

Why Join Us

This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a large pharmaceutical sponsor's global engagement ecosystem, working at the intersection of business strategy, compliance, and technology innovation. You will partner with senior leadership, drive meaningful transformation across a decentralised global organisation, and contribute to a scalable, future-ready platform serving healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders worldwide.

This is a consultancy support role operating under the direction of the Solution Owner. Ideal candidates will thrive in collaborative, matrix-based environments and excel at enabling delivery across complex organisational structures.
