Full-timeNeurology
Description
When our values align, there's no limit to what we can achieve.
At Parexel, we all share the same goal - to improve the world's health. From clinical trials to regulatory, consulting, and market access, every clinical development solution we provide is underpinned by something special - a deep conviction in what we do.
Each of us, no matter what we do at Parexel, contributes to the development of a therapy that ultimately will benefit a patient. We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.

Your particular experience and focus will be on software integration into Cvent and optimizing the platform's capabilities to support the unified RoME ecosystem.
As a key member of the delivery team, you will work across Meetings, Events & Engagements, Consultancy, Grants, Sponsorships, and Donations, ensuring alignment across business, compliance, and technology domains while supporting the Solution Owner's decision-making authority.
Key Responsibilities
You will drive delivery across eight core consultancy goals:

Who You Are

Skilled in process analysis, design, and cross-functional coordination
Strong background in software implementation for Finance and Compliance
Demonstrated expertise in optimizing financial transparency and pharmaceutical compliance reporting
General knowledge and understanding of pharma compliance requirements and regulations
Strong understanding of compliance, regulatory, and governance frameworks
Experienced in managing complex stakeholder environments and matrix organisations
Proficient with enterprise platforms (PEGA, Salesforce, CRM systems, event management tools)
Excellent communicator able to translate business and compliance requirements into system design
Comfortable operating in a support role without direct decision-making authority

Why Join Us
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a large pharmaceutical sponsor's global engagement ecosystem, working at the intersection of business strategy, compliance, and technology innovation. You will partner with senior leadership, drive meaningful transformation across a decentralised global organisation, and contribute to a scalable, future-ready platform serving healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders worldwide.
This is a consultancy support role operating under the direction of the Solution Owner. Ideal candidates will thrive in collaborative, matrix-based environments and excel at enabling delivery across complex organisational structures.
