Description

As a Robotics Engineer Intern, you will work on various engineering tasks to enhance the functionality and performance of the Maestro system. Your work will directly contribute to the design, testing, and calibration of our robotic system, which will improve precision, accuracy, and overall system performance and robustness. This position requires a minimum of three days of on-site presence per week in Paris, France. Depending on project needs and your background, responsibilities may include: Robotic Software Development (Implement and integrate new software features for the Maestro system), Test Fixture Development (Design and implement software and hardware test fixtures), Calibration System Development (Develop calibration methods), Embedded Software Development (Develop low-level software for embedded microprocessors).

Requirements

Master’s or PhD student (or equivalent) in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Strong background in robotics algorithms, sensor integration, and hardware–software interaction. Experience or familiarity with robotic arm calibration and/or performance testing. Proficiency in C++ and Python. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative R&D team.
