<p>岗位主要职责Responsibilities :<br />1. Act as local Marketing Manager for related TAs in the region<br />2. Act as Quality Controller for the implementation of marketing strategy and tactics, e.g., the following-up of Cycle Meeting<br />3. Advise on resource allocation in the region<br />4. Be responsible for planning, coordinating, following up of local promotional<br />activities in branches, together with RSM/DSM<br />5. Analyze market situation in each Branch Office, e.g., market potentials, competition and key issues<br />6. Be responsible for product related training in the region<br />7. Support and coordinate the execution of clinical trial and CEP in the region<br />8. Collaborate with government affairs on local reimbursement, tender and pricing issues<br />9. Prepare monthly report on marketing issues in the region<br />10. Consider leader development in the region</p><p></p><p>要求Qualifications:<br />1. Have Sales or Marketing experience<br />2. Good inter-personal communication skills<br />3. Be able to communicate in English, both in oral and written<br />4. With good cooperation abilities and positive character<br />5.
