<p>该岗位需在公司合规框架下,作为中央市场部与销售体系之间的桥梁,将中央市场部策略转化为全国执行蓝图,统筹全国范围内的跨区域协调与资源配置,驱动医生诊疗观念提升。</p><p></p><p><b>1. 区域策略落地及资源整合</b></p><p>将中央市场部的品牌/适应症策略、关键信息与战役节奏,拆解为各区域的执行蓝图、量化目标与关键KPI</p><p>整合产品组资源,加速产品在市场准入方面的进展</p><p>加强各个区域市场活动的资源整合及协作</p><p></p><p><b>2. 区域市场洞察和市场活动计划制定</b></p><p>根据中央市场部制定的市场策略以及区域业务实际情况,制定区域市场活动计划</p><p>分析并解读外部市场数据,挖掘和发现区域市场机会点,并向RSD和RSM提供相应的区域市场建议和意见</p><p></p><p><b>3. 跨部门沟通协调</b></p><p>促进跨职能部门之间的沟通、协调,最大化组织间的效能以确保市场策略得到充分的执行</p><p>负责协调相关产品培训事宜</p><p>负责和跨部门一起规划、协调和跟进重点市场活动</p><p></p><p><b>4. 区域市场业务追踪过程管理</b></p><p>完成月度区域市场汇报,并及时提交至销售总监及中央市场部。 (内容包括:市场情报,活动执行情况及后续计划,费用进展vs. 计划等)</p><p>管理支出以保证良好的预算管理,同时寻求提升支出效率的方法和形式</p><p>跟踪月度绩效表现vs.费用进展。如有明显差距,能够分析陈述具体原因</p><p></p><p><b>5. 区域专家管理</b></p><p>建立/支持区域专家学术平台</p><p>通过主动定期拜访区域中的重要专家来推动学术交流</p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Date Posted</b></p>10-3月-2026<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Closing Date</b></p>29-4月-2026<p></p><p></p><p>AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
