Respiratory Therapist Contractor

The Respiratory Therapist (Contractor) supports the accuracy and integrity of spirometry and pulmonary function testing (PFT) data within MERIT clinical studies. This role ensures high-quality respiratory data collection while maintaining compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. The contractor accurately and competently reviews spirometry and PFTs conducted by study site personnel, prepares training materials, and delivers training sessions for sites, sponsors, and MERIT staff. Essential duties include conducting regular reviews of respiratory testing procedures and results, preparing training materials, supporting quality assurance, and assisting in maintaining staff certifications.
