This Research Associate (RA) will support the Analytical Development team of scientists to perform routine testing of samples and prepare for analytical assays designed for AAV-based gene therapy programs. This will include assisting with maintenance of cell cultures, performing proceduralized molecular assays (e.g., qPCR/ddPCR), and maintaining the laboratory space. This RA will also assist in supporting the daily operation and organization of the research laboratory. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
