Description

You will support our activities in the antibody technology group and contribute to our ongoing drug development programs. Performing the screening of human antibodies for the different preclinical discovery programs. Cultivation and manipulation of mammalian cells. Operating different liquid handlers and robotic systems. Initial characterization of antibody candidates. Documenting and reporting the results to the team. Supporting the antibody cloning, production and characterization activities. The candidate will be expected to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team.

Requirements

BSc or training as laboratory technician in Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry or equivalent degree in biological sciences. Good practice in the handling, and cultivation of eukaryotic cells. Experience with immunological (ELISA, Western Blotting) and biophysical techniques (SPR, BLI). Additional experience with laboratory biology techniques such as cloning and protein expression would be advantageous. Well organized, self-motivated, ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with a focus on deliverables.
