This role will provide hands-on experience in preclinical research and adoptive cell therapy, providing the intern with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge experiments and data analysis that drive innovation in our research program.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assist in the execution of laboratory experiments, including mammalian cell culture, virus preparation, and immunological and biochemical assays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform transfections for virus production and assess viral titers using flow cytometry–based and ELISA-based assays.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct PBMC transduction and perform immunoassays to screen and validate candidates with improved efficacy and safety profiles.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Perform cytotoxicity assays, immunophenotyping, and cytokine analyses.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures, data, and observations in laboratory notebooks.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Analyze experimental data and prepare summaries and reports for team discussions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Collaborate with senior scientists and team members to troubleshoot, optimize, and refine experimental protocols.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Candidate is encouraged to provide technical approaches and troubleshooting strategies, but  all experimental plans, data interpretation, and project-related decisions require review and approval by the manager or designated mentor.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Decisions regarding project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and overall strategic direction remain under management oversight and are aligned with overall business pipeline priorities. </span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s, Master’s program in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Preferred to have basic laboratory skills with some hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture (immune cells) and other standard molecular biology techniques, including flow cytometry, qPCR/ddPCR, ELISA, and immunoassays.
