主要工作职责
· 查找SAP内历史WO作为RMA# 提供给国外客户,以供对方释放维修订单。
· 检查订单信息是否与当前维修中心的维修信息一致(料号、金额、序列号)。
· 检查国外的货运单据:如错误通知客户纠正后授权对方发货;如正确直接上传至双叶系统。
· SAP内创建收、发货DN以供仓库做账;维护订单预计交期。
· 双叶系统内上传订单基础信息并及时更改订单实时状态。
· 客户每周VOB信息表回复。
· 错误来料退运安排。
· 安排并跟踪国内供应商外发覆膜,提交Ariba PR纸档申请。
· 汇总以上操作形成纸档WI守则。
· 完成维修中心计划安排的其他工作。
岗位要求
· 工作时间:持续3个月以上,每周至少3-4天
· 具备快速学习能力、执行力强、责任心强、逻辑思维严谨、中英文沟通能力良好
· 优先条件:
- 熟练使用办公软件者优先(SAP, Excel, Word, PPT)
- 物流、供应链管理、电子商务、项目管理专业优先
- 有实习经验者优先
