<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Reporting in to the Agile PMO, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) is responsible for driving execution and performance of the Agile Release Train (ART) within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. As part of the PMO, this role owns ART planning discipline, cross-team dependency management, delivery transparency, and structured reporting across complex workstreams that include Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.</p><p></p><p>Operating in a transformational and hybrid delivery environment, the RTE uses data, Agile metrics, and enterprise tooling to improve predictability, strengthen governance, and support informed portfolio-level decision-making.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><p></p><h3><b>Agile Release Train Execution &amp; SAFe Maturity</b></h3><ul><li><p>Drive execution and overall health of the ART, leading PI Planning, ART syncs, System Demos, and Inspect &amp; Adapt events while managing cross-team dependencies and risks (ROAM).</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report on ART metrics (predictability, velocity trends, capacity, risk exposure), using data to drive alignment, course correction, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Apply and adapt SAFe practices to strengthen planning discipline and execution maturity across teams.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b>PMO Standards, Governance &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li><p>Own and maintain PMO delivery standards, templates, reporting structures, and governance expectations.</p></li><li><p>Establish structured reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into milestones, risks, dependencies, and portfolio impacts.</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistent use of enterprise tools and processes to maintain transparency, traceability, and execution discipline across initiatives.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3><b>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Change Leadership</b></h3><ul><li><p>Lead alignment across complex business and technology stakeholders with competing priorities and varying levels of Agile maturity.</p></li><li><p>Drive adoption of scaled Agile practices through coaching, influence, and accountability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h2><b>Skills &amp; Experience</b></h2><ul><li><p>4&#43; years of experience in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, Agile Program Lead, or RTE) supporting multi-team environments.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework and leading full PI Planning cycles.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Agile delivery metrics and demonstrated ability to analyze and report on ART performance.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency in <span><b>Jira and Confluence</b></span></p></li><li><p>Experience with <span><b>Planview EPPM</b></span> to support portfolio visibility and governance.</p></li><li><p>Strong stakeholder management, structured communication, and execution discipline.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>SAFe RTE or related SAFe certification.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
