Regional Sales Manager – West

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) reports to the Area Vice President with a primary responsibility of achieving quota for his/her designated area on a monthly and annual basis. The RSM will be subject matter expert for all Novastep products and will instil confidence in the surgeon and OR support team by their deep understanding of the foot & ankle procedures and proper use of our products in a variety patient/clinical scenarios. Key Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, new customers, and providing technical guidance.
