We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology. 

Your mission

• Lead, motivate, manage and provide follow-up for a team on the field in order to increase sales for the respective brands
• Ensure the objectives are achieved by the team in accordance with the company strategy
• Support and supervise the team activities
• Responsible for execution of balanced and effective sales routes, respecting ABC analyses and future potential
• As a representative of Middle Management, act as an interface between the field and head office
• Recognize business opportunities based on the customer need and company strategy
• Follow up on major accounts and other specific customers
• Responsible for the development of long term, sustainable partnership with Major Clients and key Decision Makers.

• Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration
• Sales experience (at least three to five years)
• Analytical skills, problem solving skills, risk management
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Persuasion skills
