Our average employee tenure of 15 years reinforces our commitment to our employees’ career success and personal fulfillment!<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Marmon/Keystone is seeking a <b>Regional Quality Manager</b> to lead quality performance and compliance across multiple sites in the Eastern U.S.</h2><h2></h2><p></p><h2>This hybrid position can be located at our Temperance, MI or East Butler, PA locations.</h2><p></p><h2></h2><h2>This role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of our Quality Management System (ISO 9001), supporting customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement across operations.  You will serve as the regional leader for quality, partnering closely with Operations, Sales, and Engineering (APQP) to support both performance and growth.</h2><p></p><h2></h2><h2><b>What You’ll Do</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Lead quality performance across multiple facilities</h2></li><li><h2>Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer requirements</h2></li><li><h2>Act as the primary regional contact for customer quality concerns, audits, and performance reviews</h2></li><li><h2>Drive customer-facing root cause analysis and corrective actions</h2></li><li><h2>Monitor key metrics (Return Material Authorizations, Cost of Poor Quality, customer complaints, delivery performance)</h2></li><li><h2>Plan, conduct and report on various audits (internal, customer, third-party)</h2></li><li><h2>Lead and develop regional quality personnel</h2></li><li><h2>Partner with Sales, Operations, and Quality Engineering to support OEM &amp; Commercial growth initiatives</h2></li><li><h2>Approximately 25% travel across Company sites, customers and suppliers. </h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><b>What We’re Looking For</b></h2><ul><li><h2>5&#43; years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments</h2></li><li><h2>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience serving as a QMS Management Representative or equivalent leadership role</h2></li><li><h2>Experience managing multi-site or regional responsibilities</h2></li><li><h2>Minimum 5 years of experience in the metals industry, preferably distribution and/or fabrication of long products (tube, pipe, bar)</h2></li><li><h2>Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience providing multi-site direction to Quality and/or Operations teams</h2></li><li><h2>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent technical experience</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Why Join Us</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Immediate Day-One Benefits — medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with Roth option, and company-paid life/STD/LTD.</h2></li><li><h2>Paid Parental Leave (4 weeks) and Tuition Reimbursement after one year.</h2></li><li><h2>A legacy brand backed by Berkshire Hathaway with the resources of a global leader and the entrepreneurial spirit of a modern competitor.</h2></li><li><h2>A performance-driven culture that rewards initiative, innovation, and results.</h2></li></ul><p></p><p><i>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
