Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>Summary :</b></p><p><i>​​</i>Working in part of Stryker’s<i> Joint Replacement</i> division, a unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated, driven, and successful Regional Manager to lead a team of Territory Leads in JR. At Stryker, we look for leaders that can motivate, guide, and oversee the success of your region, whilst fostering a strong partnership with our customers and making healthcare better through the use of our industry’s leading products and services.  </p><p>​You will be responsible for the overall management of your region; developing and leading your team and taking ownership for sales, clinical and budgets . </p><p>​Opportunities for maximizing customer service along with acquiring new customers will be a pivotal part of your role, so a proven history of delivering exceptional results (individually and through your team) over an extended period is key.  </p><p>​You will passionately drive performance with accountability &amp; integrity.  </p><p></p><p><b>What you will do :</b></p><ul><li><p><i>​​</i>Reporting to the Regional Commercial Director JR MENA you will lead a sales and clinical team to ensure that financial , performance and customer satisfaction objectives are met  </p></li><li><p>Accurately forecast business and a sustainable develop sales pipeline. </p></li><li><p>Attract, develop, engage and lead a high performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business  </p></li><li><p>Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest levels of service. </p></li><li><p>Ensure JR Case coverage by the team , and coordinate with our logistics partner in all aspects related to assets and sets movements</p></li><li><p>Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in-house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required. </p></li><li><p>Develop strategic healthcare systems relationships. </p></li><li><p>Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary. </p></li><li><p>Embrace &amp; enable change to simplify, scale &amp; innovate  </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated proficiency in leading complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision-makers, and influencers at multiple levels. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need :</b></p><ul><li><p>​​​​B.A. or B.S from accredited university required, Advanced Degree is a plus</p></li><li><p>Over 7 years of experience within sales and /or marketing role</p></li><li><p>Medical Devices sector experience is required. Joint Replacement/ JR or Orthopedic sales experience is highly preferred</p></li><li><p>People management experience</p></li><li><p>UAE market experience is needed</p></li><li><p>​A track record of achieving and exceeding targets </p></li><li><p>Commercial skills in leading a profit centre </p></li><li><p>​Experience using CRM’s and good MS Office </p></li><li><p>​​​​​Strong commercial acumen </p></li><li><p>Strategic approach to business planning   </p></li><li><p>​Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a complex matrixed organization, build relationships with teams internally and externally. </p></li><li><p>Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and project management skills</p></li><li><p>Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities</p></li></ul><p><i>Additional desired role-specific experiences/certifications may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager.</i>​​ </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 80%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
