Regional MA&GA, Senior Manager/Associate Director

<h2><b>Job Description:</b></h2><p><b><span>Main Accountabilities</span></b></p><ul><li>Develop and implement Government Affairs Plan to shape medical and other business-related policies to position Ferring China in an optimal manner.</li><li>Identify, develop, and drive execution of market access strategies to gain comprehensive reimbursement and accessibility for Ferring’s products to improve the accessibility and affordability of Ferring products, like NRDL, local commercial insurance.</li><li>Support NVBP and GPO by leveraging government resources to maintain and enhance the mature products market performance.</li><li>Interpret policy and make recommendations to local business.</li><li>Provide policy insight and relevant analysis combined with market intelligence for business planning and decision making.</li><li>Fully collaborate and communicate with BUs to leverage regional access policy and support achieving business objectives in target provinces and regions.</li><li><div></div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><span>Role related Qualifications/ Skills</span><span>:</span></b></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree at least, major in Medical, Pharm background is preferable</li><li>Minimum 5-7 year’s solid similar working experience with multinational pharmaceutical company</li><li>Excellent lobbying and policy analysis skills and good communication</li><li>Result-oriented, hands-on, independent and be able to work under pressure</li><li><div>Bi-lingual capability, Chinese and English, reading and writing is basic.</div></li><li>Good communication skill and interpersonal skill</li><li>Good at time &amp; priority management</li><li>Strong execution capability</li><li>Strong capability on accountability, collaboration and entrepreneurship.</li></ul><div></div></div><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring China M&amp;S
