This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing and executing strategic initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships to optimize business outcomes in the pharmaceutical sector.<br /><br />Job Responsibilities**<br /><br />* Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team, inspiring direction and purpose to achieve sales targets.<br />* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical plans to maximize regional sales performance.<br />* Conduct in-depth customer analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, tailoring sales approaches accordingly.<br />* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through effective Customer Relationship Management and Customer Success Management practices.<br />* Drive Digital Sales initiatives and leverage Multi-Channel Marketing strategies to expand market reach and engagement.<br />* Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback through robust Market Intelligence to inform strategic decisions.<br />* Manage Reform and Change initiatives within the region to adapt to evolving market dynamics and company objectives.<br />* Optimize Business Outcomes by continuously analyzing performance data and implementing improvements in Sales Optimization.<br />* Ensure all Pharmaceutical Sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical guidelines.<br />* Actively participate in selling activities, leading by example and supporting team members in complex sales situations.<br /><br />Job Qualifications**<br /><br />* Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Strategy development.<br />* Demonstrated ability to Inspire Direction and Purpose within a sales team.<br />* Strong track record in Customer Analysis, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Success Management.<br />* Experience in Digital Sales and Multi-Channel Marketing.<br />* Adept at Market Intelligence and its application to business growth.<br />* Proven capability to Manage and Develop People and Optimize Business Outcomes.<br />* Experience in leading and adapting to change through effective Manage Reform and Change strategies.<br />* Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.<br />* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.</p><h2><b>Location:</b></h2>Ferring India M&S
