That’s what makes us Roche.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>The Opportunity:</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>The Regional Access manager- West region will be based at Mumbai. Role will play a strategic &amp; crucial role in shaping healthcare access by driving comprehensive access initiatives through<br />stakeholder engagement of public/ private entities and philanthropic organizations, enhancing the company &amp; access to unserved customer segments in the diagnostics field of Core lab, Molecular diagnostics, Pathology, Point of care and Blood screening.</span></p><p></p><p>This position will comprehensively manage new access through policy shaping, market development initiatives along with healthcare advocacy &amp; public private partnerships for better patient outcomes in the assigned region. Role has significant influence over commercial priorities as a growth levers for an organization. This will also enter into/execute commercial judgement especially while planning &amp; executing public private partnerships, value based contracting, health economic models for Roche diagnostics portfolio.</p><p></p><p>This position will report in to Lead- Market access and Policy advocacy, Roche Diagnostics India and Neighbouring countries.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Your responsibilities</span></b></p><p></p><p>Develop integrated market access and payer strategies and solutions to deliver the product/solution value to payers to create the patient access opportunities. You will<br />perform Diagnostics-economic analysis and health outcome analysis and will also prepare for<br />reimbursement submission - dossier preparation, data gap analysis and identify the solution for<br />minimizing the gap, build product value proposition for payer- and closely monitor all steps<br />during the approval process.<br />You will work as a member of the Roche Diagnostics India and NM team and will report to the Lead - Market Access ,, India and NM<br />You will work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand and inform strategic<br />objectives in specified disease areas affected by public policy, including identification of<br />obstacles and opportunities arising from the intersection of statue and regulation with clinical<br />development decisions and product profiles.<br />You will translate policy developments into meaningful guidance and strategic advice in support<br />of portfolio-wide and program-specific goals and will represent Market Access in exchanges with<br />internal and external senior leadership.<br />Responsibilities:<br />● Manage a specific set of projects related to go-to-market roadmaps and strategic<br />partnership plans with clear milestones.<br />● Understanding of commercial and government payer landscape, including<br />reimbursement trends, to anticipate and adjust for potential changes in objectives and<br />goals.</p><p>● To lead and coordinate market access projects for products in collaboration with internal<br />and external partners, to coordinate and oversee projects dedicated to market access for<br />all products<br />● Market access stakeholder mapping, and management.<br />● To establish strong relationships with market access stakeholders (Ministry of Health,<br />Non-Government Organizations and Key Opinion Leaders), as well as participate Market<br />Access initiatives/projects within region/global to represent the local organization and<br />contribute.<br />● Build strong relationships, identify and establish partnerships with stakeholders in public<br />affairs projects (development and sustainability through engagement and communication<br />plans), Design and deliver best in class patient access solution, partnering with<br />commercial teams and different payers to identify patient access opportunities.<br />● Engagement with key stakeholders to remove access barrier and deliver value based<br />discussion for Roche products.<br />● Ensure full compliance within the responsibility area according to Roche and local<br />compliance guidelines</p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
