This role plays a critical part in Agilent's commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that extend instrument life cycles while providing exceptional value to our customers.
As the Refurbishment Production Manager, you will lead a team of highly skilled technical specialists who repair, configure, test, troubleshoot and certify a broad range of instruments across Agilent's portfolio. You will drive operational excellence, ensure adherence to Agilent quality standards, and deliver products that meet customer expectations for performance, reliability, and delivery.
This position offers unique exposure to a wide variety of Agilent technologies and requires close collaboration with global business units, engineering, supply chain, service, and operations teams to expand the Certified Pre-Owned portfolio, improve processes, and support Agilent's sustainability goals.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least September 10, 2026 or until the job is no longer posted.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $111,840.00 - $174,750.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
