Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. </p><p></p><p><b><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Operate equipment on Building Automation Systems.</p></li><li><p>Maintenance and trouble shooting of equipment and systems.</p></li><li><p>Document and log equipment and system conditions.</p></li><li><p>Inform the Manager, Quality and customer of any abnormal conditions and steps taken or required to correct these conditions.</p></li><li><p>Monitor FMS/BAS system for proper operation of equipment/ systems.</p></li><li><p>Respond to alarms and carry out necessary repairs/ troubleshooting to resolve alarm conditions. Coordinate with other trades, engineering and contractors if needed to resolve any alarm issues.</p></li><li><p>Apprize the manager, quality and customer of the troubleshooting, corrective and preventive actions taken! needed to correct alarm conditions.</p></li><li><p>Update alarm tag notes in the system.
