Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><h2>Essential Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Inspect, test, and measure materials, products, and installations for conformance to specifications, documenting acceptance or rejection status.</p></li><li><p>Conduct visual and measurement tests and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to verify product requirements.</p></li><li><p>Discuss inspection results with responsible teams and recommend corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Perform root cause analysis and document non‑conforming materials, including recommendations to prevent recurrence.</p></li><li><p>Maintain production output to meet goals while demonstrating urgency and a focus on customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support process improvements that enhance quality and productivity.</p></li><li><p>Manage material flow by moving materials, processing transactions in the electronic material management system, receiving/issuing materials, and coordinating with on‑site/off‑site warehousing for replenishment and storage needs.</p></li><li><p>Partner with logistics and production teams to resolve or prevent part shortages.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and review documentation related to recording, allocating, and distributing regulated materials.</p></li><li><p>Perform cycle counts, cycle audits, and scheduled physical inventory; reconcile discrepancies and report issues to the Supervisor.</p></li><li><p>Comply with EHS and Quality System regulations and policies.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li><p>High school diploma/GED (or local equivalent)</p></li><li><p>Ability to read, write, understand, and speak the local language.</p></li><li><p>Proficient with job‑related software applications, including Oracle, MyWorkshop, other web‑based platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively and work well with cross‑functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer skills and ability to learn additional electronic systems used for material management.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, including floor‑to‑waist, waist‑to‑crown, and horizontal movements.</p></li><li><p>Ability to perform frequent simple grasping, firm grasping, fine manipulation, neck rotation, and neck flexion throughout the workday.</p></li><li><p>Ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, and reach at, above, and below shoulder height frequently.</p></li><li><p>Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the day.</p></li><li><p>Ability to safely ascend, descend, and balance on portable stairs for small‑parts retrieval.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2>Desired Characteristics</h2><ul><li><p>3 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance</p></li><li><p>Keen eye for detail and results driven approach</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of computerized material flow methods.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of quality and inventory control.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of root cause analysis methods.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience using a forklift and weight scales.</p></li></ul><p><br /><br />#LI-VS1</p><p>#LI-Onsite</p><p>#LI-SLC</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.&amp;#xa;&amp;#xa;<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><span>GE HealthCare offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.
