<h3>Job Title</h3>R&amp;D Project Leader<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>You are responsible for</b></p><ul><li>Planning, organizing and managing project resources and staff to deliver products and services per the contract</li><li>Forming and leading the project team from all related functions that include R&amp;D, Research, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial to deliver project success on time and on target.</li><li>Organizing and communicating project and product requirements between groups, teams, stakeholders and management. Ensuring requirements are clearly defined, translated, executed and delivered in the project </li><li>Responsible for KPIs projections, tracking, and reporting for assigned initiatives</li><li>Reporting project status regularly to key stakeholders and obtaining stakeholders’ approvals for completing each key milestone and major plan changes with discipline</li><li>Documenting, communicating, mitigating, monitoring and escalating project risks as appropriate. Managing corresponding risk response strategy and actions within the project lifecycle</li><li>Delivering the quality initiatives via project and product development execution</li><li>Supporting continuous improvement and compliance processes and initiatives according to corporate policies and procedures</li><li>Contributing to best practices and document lessons learned</li><li>Managing Change Management procedures as appropriate</li><li>Maintaining awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on relevant G&amp;B Product Development</li><li>The position requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work both independently and within a team. These activities require a broad spectrum of skills/capabilities, from project management, innovation management, product development and engineering. You are also responsible for End-to-end development of products and solutions for Grooming and Beauty Global/Regional Organization via in-house/outsource product development model.</p><p></p><p><b>To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience</b></p><p><b>Essential:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor/Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. business or engineering preferred)</li><li>8&#43; years in engineering/R&amp;D project management successfully leading large complex programs, projects, and initiatives with structured approach (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile)</li><li>5&#43; years in leading a cross-cultural and geographically dispersed project team developing domestic appliances preferably grooming and beauty products</li><li>Subject Matter Expert in all aspects of Project Management plan-driven methodology, including Governance, Monitoring &amp; Controlling, Scope Management, Schedule Management, Financial Management, Issue &amp; Risk Management, Vendor, Contract, &amp; Resources Management</li><li>Good technical knowledge and understanding of electronics and mechanical design aspects of household products</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining high-quality standards</li><li>Ability to tailor information and pitch at differing levels of detail, especially presenting management information to assist with and enable decision making</li><li>Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive change &amp; standardization across the businesses and markets</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, result oriented self-starter with excellent communication and people skills, attention to detail and initiative</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Willing to travel</li></ul><p><br /><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
