At Roche, we are passionate about transforming patients’ lives through innovation in diagnostics. As part of our Start Tech Program, we are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our team in Sant Cugat and contribute to cutting-edge diagnostic development.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic laboratory environment while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
Your Responsibilities
As a Start Tech Graduate Intern, you will support the development of diagnostic solutions and contribute to laboratory operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Participating in the development of diagnostic assays, including clotting, enzymatic, and immunological methods
Independently supporting the execution of analytical experiments, including data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of results
Assisting in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of development activities, including literature research
Contributing to general laboratory tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Taking responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of assigned laboratory equipment
What We Are Looking For
Recent graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Strong interest in diagnostics and laboratory-based research
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
