This is a high-impact individual contributor role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate is highly motivated – someone who can independently translate complex quality and operational data into clear, decision-driving insights for senior leaders while also providing deep expertise in quality systems and reporting.</p><p>This role is ideal for someone who combines strong knowledge of quality processes, metrics, and pharmaceutical regulated environments with the ability to design intuitive dashboards and visual narratives that make the “so what” from the data immediately clear. The role partners with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners, to improve how key quality indicators are analyzed, interpreted, and communicated.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li><p>Serve as the senior SME for quality systems, analytics, and executive-level reporting, providing expert consultation and hands-on support to internal stakeholders and senior leaders.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate existing KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reports to identify opportunities to improve clarity, focus, and decision usefulness.</p></li><li><p>Redesign data outputs and reporting to emphasize signals over noise, enabling executive comprehension and action.</p></li><li><p>Transform complex quality and operational datasets into concise, visually compelling stories that support business decisions.</p></li><li><p>Apply best practices in data visualization, visual hierarchy, color use, and information design to improve reporting effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Perform complex analyses and reporting across quality-related metrics and business needs.</p></li><li><p>Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand metric needs and align reporting outputs accordingly.</p></li><li><p>Develop and promote standardized frameworks, templates, and visualization best practices across the organization.</p></li><li><p>Contribute as a thought partner to quality systems and analytics initiatives, procedures, and training efforts where needed.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>What Success Looks Like</b></h2><ul><li><p>You can take a cluttered quality or KPI report and turn it into a clean, executive-ready dashboard that tells a clear story in seconds.</p></li><li><p>You know how to eliminate unnecessary metrics and highlight insights that truly drive decision making.</p></li><li><p>You have the experience to anticipate executive questions and answer them visually before they are asked.</p></li><li><p>You bring strong judgment, clarity of thought, and design sensibility—not just technical reporting capability.</p></li><li><p>You are comfortable operating as a trusted expert and influencer.</p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p></li><li><p>Significant experience in quality systems, quality analytics, and/or reporting in a regulated or GxP environment.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of quality processes, metrics, and data, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insight.</p></li><li><p>Experience with TrackWise and/or other electronic quality management systems.</p></li><li><p>Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboard design using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders and business partners.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</p></li><li><p>Strong project and stakeholder management skills.</p></li><li><p>Approximate travel requirement: up to 25%.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Get to know Syneos Health</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000&#43; Trial patients.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">No matter what your role is, you’ll take the initiative and challenge the status quo with us in a highly competitive and ever-changing environment.
