The Quality Engineer supports day-to-day quality activities within the manufacturing environment, ensuring products and processes meet customer requirements and internal standards. The role partners with production, engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues, sustain effective quality systems, and support new product introductions.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary quality support for shop floor and production activities
- Respond to customer quality concerns, complaints, and application-related inquiries
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (PDCA, 8D)
- Support pre-production and order-entry quality reviews to confirm process capability and customer requirements
- Perform product testing, inspection, and validation activities
- Maintain calibration, gage control, and inspection equipment programs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system enhancements

Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret work order instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
- Experience responding to customer quality issues or application-related questions
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Familiarity with APQP, control plans, and pre-production quality reviews
- Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment
- Knowledge of inspection methods, testing, and measurement techniques
- Experience with lean manufacturing a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- Must be eligible for employment in the United States
Pay Range:
60,000.00 - 90,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
