If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a <b>Quality Engineer </b>located in Guadalajara, <b>North Campus.</b></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Sr Director, Quality </b>the<b> Quality Engineer</b> is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation of products and processes.</p></li><li><p>Collect, analyze, and present information regarding business conditions, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, and new product designs for management review.</p></li><li><p>Propose and evaluate alternative methods and procedures to solve problems and adapt to changing market opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define company policies, operating procedures, and quality goals.</p></li><li><p>Develop, defining control areas, personnel requirements, and operational procedures.</p></li><li><p>Lead and participate in meetings with design and engineering teams to coordinate functions, review policies, and establish procedures to achieve quality objectives.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary technical and quality interface with customers, supporting audits, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Review technical issues across departments and recommend improvements or procedural changes.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the quality of newly designed products and resolve issues in products already in production.</p></li><li><p>Stay current on industry trends by reviewing technical publications, standards, and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Manage special operational situations such as ramp-up phases, NPI launches, and transitions to high-volume production.</p></li><li><p>Support manufacturing of robust electronic boards used in server applications, ensuring compliance with stringent reliability standards.</p></li><li><p>Lead and mentor medium-sized teams of quality technicians and auditors across multiple shifts.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>BA/BS degree in Engineering or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, especially with high‑reliability products (manufacturing process PCBA, SMT, test, assembly).</p></li><li><p>Experience conducting internal and external audits and knowledge of auditing methodologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes for electronic components.</p></li><li><p>Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and high-volume production environments.</p></li><li><p>Leadership experience managing technicians and auditors in multi‑shift operations.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.</p></li><li><p>Strong command of quality tools and methodologies including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and 8D problem solving.</p></li><li><p>Customer-focused mindset and experience working with quality standards such as ISO.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to monitor, analyze, and report Quality KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Personal management.</p></li><li><p>Availability and willingness to work night shifts.</p><p>.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li><p>Competitive Salary</p></li><li><p>Life &amp; Medical insurance</p></li><li><p>Christmas Bonus</p></li><li><p>Food Coupons</p></li><li><p>Saving Fund.</p></li><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li></ul><p></p><p>KJ12</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Quality<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
