Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, Quality Engineer role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Yield metrics monitoring.
• Handling internal and external complaints.
• Floor and process audits.
• Managing communication meetings with clients.
• Personnel management.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Engineering degree.
• Advanced English.
• Basic concepts of Quality.
• Use of Quality Tools (8Ds, Pareto charts, Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, root cause analysis)
• Nice to have: Personnel management, IPC-A610 knowledge, experience in electronic manufacturing, FMEA, and SPC.
