This role involves leading quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting cross-functional teams.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Develop and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Design sampling procedures and create forms and instructions for recording and reporting quality and reliability data.</p></li><li><p>Establish methods for handling discrepant material and assess associated costs.</p></li><li><p>Supervise personnel engaged in measuring and testing products and compiling quality data.</p></li><li><p>Prepare training materials and conduct sessions on quality control activities.</p></li><li><p>Support Product Engineers and Quality Program Managers in customer interactions regarding quality issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure data integrity and availability for all quality-related information; consolidate and report results.</p></li><li><p>Initiate and track corrective actions to completion.</p></li><li><p>Assist in developing and implementing quality audits.</p></li><li><p>Define and maintain quality standards for processing materials into finished products.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement inspection and testing methods for product and equipment accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Analyze reports and returned products, recommending corrective actions.</p></li><li><p>Approve product, process, and equipment qualifications.</p></li><li><p>Act as liaison with regulatory bodies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>BA/BS or equivalent work experience.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (spoken and written).</p></li><li><p>Experience in high-tech electronics, or related industry..</p></li><li><p>Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.</p></li><li><p>Leadership experience managing teams.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, APQP).</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in ISO 9001, Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, IATF (preferred).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: </b></p><ul><li><p>Competitive Salary</p></li><li><p>Life &amp; Medical insurance</p></li><li><p>Christmas Bonus</p></li><li><p>Food Coupons</p></li><li><p>Saving Fund.</p></li><li><p>Life Insurance</p></li></ul><p>GR66</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Quality<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Required Skills:</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Optional Skills:</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
