Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Documentation Specialist located in Columbia, SC.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Documentation Specialist plans and directs activities concerned with the establishment and/or continuance of ISO 9001 related requirements and other quality programs. Manages the assembly, accuracy verification, storage and transmission to customer of all customer required documentation.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage collection, storage and release to customer of customer required technical documentation.
- Coordinates activities within the organization to hold up ISO 9001 requirements.
- Coordinates the corrective action system, driving internal and external issue resolution.
- Serves as customer liaison for the quality function.
- Prepares research of and reports on audit results.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 5 years of related experience
- Proven experience supporting, maintaining documentation and compliance activities.
- Demonstrated computational skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to accurately create, maintain, and manage technical and business documentation
- Ability to prepare, maintain, and analyze quality documentation and reports related to audits, corrective actions, and quality system performance, with strong written communication skills.
