Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Clinical Diagnostics Division supports diagnostic solutions that help healthcare professionals make informed clinical decisions. The Middletown, VA site operates within a highly regulated manufacturing environment where Quality Control plays an important role in ensuring products consistently meet established quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
The QC Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of Quality Control laboratory operations at the Middletown, VA site. This role leads laboratory personnel, coordinates testing priorities, and helps ensure accurate and timely testing in compliance with cGMP, site procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Working cross-functionally with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, and other partners, the QC Supervisor supports product release, laboratory investigations, inspection readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Middletown, VA

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Virginia is $75,800.00–$113,675.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
