Minimum of 4 years of inspection experience in a regulated industry or equivalent experience.
Proven experience and proficiency with measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, comparators, and automated vision systems.
Advanced dimensional inspection capabilities, including the ability to independently perform inspections and select appropriate measurement equipment based on specified tolerances.
Advanced knowledge and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection specifications.
Ability to properly handle and operate inspection equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex inspection and measurement issues and provide technical guidance and support to others.
Experience writing and developing inspection programs.
Ability to follow work instructions and inspection procedures accurately.
Ability to accurately document inspection results and communicate findings.
Strong attention to detail, independence, confidence, and sound technical judgment.
Demonstrated ability to perform visual and cosmetic inspections.
