Key Responsibilities - Manage NCR and CAPA processes - Handle and track customer complaints - Manage and coordinate the company training program for employees - Support document control, change management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, GMP, MDR / FDA)) - Assist with internal audits and support audit/inspection readiness - Collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product quality
