<p></p><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY</b></p><ul><li>The Talent Partner is a key member of the China PX team, translating talent-management and leadership-development priorities into steady, day-to-day organizational strength.</li><li>(He)/She will drive the high-impact delivery of Pfizer China’s talent agenda, acting as the talent advisor who designs and delivers future-focused, business-aligned talent solutions.</li><li>We are looking for a proactive, self-starting professional who is energized by new ways of working in the talent and OD space.</li></ul><p><b>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES </b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the team to build the annual talent-development plan that aligns with enterprise and business priorities.</li><li>Support the end-to-end design and delivery of country-wide talent / leadership development programs.</li><li>Partner with PXCF to deliver strategic, high-impact talent reviews and succession planning through insightful analysis and an efficient process.</li><li>Diagnose key-talent gaps and build effective solutions to close them.</li><li>Customize and implement global initiatives such as Growth Week and PWOW in China to activate employees’ mindset on non-traditional (“Zig-Zag”) career moves.</li><li>Lead and advise the business on development and execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic plans.</li><li>Point of contact for HR Operation and work closely with GBS and HR vendors, for optimizing employee experience.</li><li>Acts as HR project manager for ad-hoc projects such as new legal entity set up, employee manual update, PIPL law implementation etc.</li><li>Support PX VP for PX department operational work including meeting and documents preparation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required, master's degree is preferred</li><li>Proven track record in developing OD/Talent/Change Management Programs</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written & oral English communication & presentation skill</li><li>HRBP experience is a plus</li><li>Strong project management and problem-solving skills required</li><li>Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond back in a timely manner and pay attention to details</li><li>Excellent facilitation and coaching skills</li><li>Ability to learn and understand business and is motivated to continue learning</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Pfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>People Experience<p></p><p></p>
