This role offers hands on exposure to purchasing and supply chain operations and is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a foundation in procurement, logistics, and cross functional collaboration. </p><p></p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b> </p><p>As a Purchasing Intern, you will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities, including but not limited to: </p><ul><li><p>Assisting with material procurement and supplier coordination </p></li><li><p>Supporting inventory tracking and control activities </p></li><li><p>Helping with purchase planning and material availability checks </p></li><li><p>Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Sourcing, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow </p></li><li><p>Assisting in maintaining and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) related to purchasing and Vendor delivery performance (OTIF) </p></li><li><p>Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing material movement and process efficiency </p></li><li><p>Helping communicate customer needs and requirements across the organization to ensure alignment </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You Will Learn</b> </p><ul><li><p>End-to-end exposure to purchasing processes </p></li><li><p>How integrated processes work across internal functions and external suppliers </p></li><li><p>Practical experience with standard procedures, systems, and reporting </p></li><li><p>How performance is measured and improved in a supply chain environment </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Are Looking For</b> </p><ul><li><p>Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field)</p></li><li><p>Commitment to a 6-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week</p></li><li><p>Language requirement: fluent in English</p></li><li><p>Must be eligible to work legally in Poland</p></li><li><p>Basic analytical skills and ability to make simple, well reasoned judgments in straightforward situations </p></li><li><p>Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset </p></li><li><p>Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office tools is an advantage </p></li><li><p>No prior work experience required — training will be provided </p></li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 0%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
