What will you be doing?

The role forms part of the Trauma Division and is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative, financial, and operational processes related to the Order-to-Cash cycle for public hospitals within the allocated region.

The incumbent will ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders, tracking of all documentation, and management of hospital relationships to facilitate smooth operations.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Manage and resolve transactions within the Waiting to Invoice queue to ensure invoices are processed accurately and timeously
  • Investigate and clear invoice blocks by validating pricing, delivery confirmation, documentation, and system information
  • Collate, verify, and maintain all supporting documentation required for invoicing and audit purposes
  • Liaise with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor aged items and follow up proactively to ensure timely resolution and escalation where required
  • Ensure all invoicing activities comply with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements
  • Support month‑end processes by prioritising and clearing outstanding waiting‑to‑invoice items
  • Identify recurring issues impacting invoicing accuracy or turnaround time and escalate trends for process improvement

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in finance, healthcare administration, or order-to-cash processes within the public hospital sector is preferable.
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance or Business qualification
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a finance, order management, or customer service environment
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, order‑to‑cash, or accounts receivable processes
  • High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging cross‑functionally
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s license and own Vehicle
