With a focus on immunology that extends to innovation in diabetes and transplant medicines, we pursue progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.</p><p></p><p>The Public Affairs Lead will have a major responsibility to lead and strategise Public Affairs activities for Malaysia to shape favourable policy and access environment for healthcare innovation, develop and drive strategies that anticipate regulatory and policy shifts, strengthen the company’s reputation and support business growth and patient access.</p><p></p><p>You will be to oversee and elevate the country topics for the Public Affairs activities for both Pharma and Vaccines businesses in the Country, supporting the overarching business ambition. This is a highly collaborative role which coordinates the relevant cross-functional sub-team and that must work cohesively with relevant functions.<br /> </p><ul><li><p>Ensures the policy strategy supports the overarching Sanofi business ambition, accelerating and complementing policy discussions.</p></li><li><p>Build and sustain strong relationships with policymakers, regulators, agencies, PAGs at the central government </p></li><li><p>Identify government priorities (e.g. policy prioritization, reimbursement, procurement, public health programs) and ensuring effective advocacy to drive our business agenda. </p></li><li><p>Provide strategic public affairs advice to the Corporate Affairs Head</p></li><li><p>Oversees the development of a live stakeholder map of priority Government and policy influencers  </p></li><li><p>Works across the business to identify the cross-cutting policy priorities for the country’s business and ensure alignment of external messaging and public affairs activity across 1Sanofi (position based in Malaysia includes the Hub).
