Join Sanofi Digital!</p><p></p><p>The Patient Experience Launch Lead is a critical management role responsible for supporting upcoming product launches, driving decisions, providing guidance in specific problem-solving areas, ensuring best practices, building a quality mindset, and removing obstacles. This role manages a diverse team of 6 resources across multiple geographic locations.</p><p></p><p>This position collaborates closely with Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Product, and PMO teams to drive integration architecture, incorporate industry best practices, scalability, environment stability, and regulatory-ready release practices. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b> </p><p></p><p><b>Team Leadership &amp; Management</b> </p><ul><li><p>Lead and develop a team of 6 professionals across multiple geographic locations </p></li><li><p>Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement </p></li><li><p>Provide clear direction, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members </p></li><li><p>Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback </p></li><li><p>Promote Sanofi&#39;s values of Teamwork, Courage, Respect, and Integrity within the team </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technology Expertise</b> </p><ul><li><p>Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud) </p></li><li><p>Maintain solid understanding of Veeva CRM and Veeva Engage to support Patient Events </p></li><li><p>Demonstrate working knowledge of integration technologies including IICS, AWS, Snowflake, and Python </p></li><li><p>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to patient experience </p></li><li><p>Apply technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovation </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Product Launch Support</b> </p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product launches </p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain strong relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, and external vendors </p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering, and Architecture teams </p></li><li><p>Develop and implement launch strategies that prioritize patient needs and experience </p></li><li><p>Monitor launch metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement </p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Quality &amp; Compliance</b> </p><ul><li><p>Champion quality-focused approaches throughout the development lifecycle </p></li><li><p>Implement left-shifting activities in the SDLC to identify and mitigate risks early </p></li><li><p>Ensure adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements </p></li><li><p>Maintain strict protocols for patient data safety, including PHI/PII protection and GDPR compliance </p></li><li><p>Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements </p></li><li><p>Stay informed about evolving healthcare regulations and their impact on patient services </p></li></ul><p></p><p>​</p><p><b>About You</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree required;
