Join Sanofi Digital!</p><p></p><p>The Patient Experience Launch Lead is a critical management role responsible for supporting upcoming product launches, driving decisions, providing guidance in specific problem-solving areas, ensuring best practices, building a quality mindset, and removing obstacles. This role manages a diverse team of 6 resources across multiple geographic locations.</p><p></p><p>This position collaborates closely with Architecture, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Product, and PMO teams to drive integration architecture, incorporate industry best practices, scalability, environment stability, and regulatory-ready release practices. Compliance</b> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Champion quality-focused approaches throughout the development lifecycle </span></p></li><li><p><span>Implement left-shifting activities in the SDLC to identify and mitigate risks early </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements </span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain strict protocols for patient data safety, including PHI/PII protection and GDPR compliance </span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements </span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay informed about evolving healthcare regulations and their impact on patient services </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree required; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred<br /> </p></li></ul><p><b>About You </b></p><ul><li><p>12&#43; years of total professional experience in integration and/or architecture roles, of which at least <span>3 years must include leadership experience</span><span><span> </span>managing geographically dispersed technical teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience required — strong understanding of patient services operations in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience with Salesforce Health Cloud; additional Salesforce platforms (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud) strongly preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of integration technologies (IICS, AWS, Snowflake, Python)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Veeva CRM and Veeva Engage experience preferred</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track record of successful product launches and technology deployments. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR). </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with PHI/PII data handling and patient data safety protocols. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced skills in Agile delivery, product collaboration, compliance, and digital strategy. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English;
