Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Protein Engineer with a strong background in protein design, molecular biology, and antibody engineering. This position plays a key role in our discovery team to design, generate, and optimize therapeutic antibody scaffold, including bispecific antibodies, and fusion proteins for novel ADC constructs.

Requirements

Ph.D. in Protein Engineering, Biochemistry, Structural Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field with over 2 years of postdoctoral or industry experience; or MS with over 5 years of relevant industry experience. Strong expertise in antibody engineering and therapeutic protein development. Familiarity with bispecific antibody formats and ADC development is highly desirable. Proficiency in DNA cloning, mutagenesis, and cell-based expression systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
