Job Description:

On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

 

• Project Bid & Tender Support (Project Osprey)

• • Coordinate contract collection, mapping, and tracking activities for Project Osprey.
  • Maintain contract documentation and records to support Legal review and compliance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive project execution and resolve issues.
  • Track outstanding actions, agreements, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor contractual commitments and maintain accurate project records.
  • Act as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely support to the Global Bid & Tender Team and related functions.

 

• Administration & Operational Support
  • Provide administrative and operational support for project activities, including documentation management, procurement coordination, payment processing, and office operations.
  • Coordinate contract management, including drafting support, review coordination, approval tracking, execution, and filing.
  • Maintain and update data, records, and documentation within designated systems and databases.
  • Support ad hoc projects, assignments, and tasks as directed by the management.

 

Qualifications

 

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, contract management, or business support functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working with databases, document management systems, or project tracking tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
