To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supplier Sustainability Specialist
Reporting to the Director, Commodity the Supplier Sustainability Specialist will be supporting the development of the suppliers within the Supplier Sustainability organization in Flex. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in the field of global sustainability regulations that embrace supplier due diligence, traceability and supply chain mapping in regards greenhouse gas emissions, use of renewable energy, recycled content, responsible sourcing, labor, among others. The candidate will be responsible of requesting, following up, analyzing, and reporting data related to the supplier due diligence.
What a typical day looks like:
Manage sustainability projects and ESG initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.
Monitor compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations.
Track greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy programs, and sustainability KPIs.
Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management and external stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement sustainability improvement projects.
Analyze sustainability data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Support customer audits, regulatory reporting, and sustainability assessments.
Research industry trends and recommend innovative sustainability solutions.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Experience and knowledge on sustainability programs and global regulations with focus on greenhouse gas management, renewable energy strategies, recycled content, labor and related market trends
Government sustainability regulation knowledge preferable with legal background
Project management
Must be fluent in English
Collaboration and teamwork
Good communication skills

Basic programing, IT and AI knowledge
