<h3>Job Title</h3>Project Service and Control Specialist<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job title:</b><br />IT Project Service &amp; Control Manager</p><p><br /><b>Your Role:</b></p><p><br /><b>Role Summary</b></p><ul><li>Ensure operational excellence in IT financial processes.</li><li>Guide stakeholders on financial governance and project process adherence.</li><li>Identify and resolve data quality issues, cost deviations, and process gaps.</li><li>Improve process efficiency using Lean principles and automation.</li><li>Leverage expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate; AI skills are an added advantage.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Execute and control non‑SAP financial processes accurately.</li><li>Drive process compliance across PMs, PMOs, and financial stakeholders.</li><li>Detect and correct structural or occasional deviations in financial workflows.</li><li>Analyze project financial data and ensure accuracy of project financials.</li><li>Support IT operational efficiency using Lean principles.</li><li>Contribute to end‑to‑end process and system improvement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain Master data for projects and resources.</li><li>Develop and support solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.</li><li>Resolve medium‑complexity operational and financial issues.</li><li>Support budget monitoring, compliance checks, and forecasting.</li><li>Running training programs &amp; process walkthroughs</li><li>Drive adoption of new tools and platforms (e.g., PowerApps migrations) across stakeholders.</li><li>Identify project/process risks and issues proactively and define clear mitigation actions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You&#39;re the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li><b>Project Management Foundation certified with strong understanding of IT financial processes, project accounting, and IT operations.</b></li><li><b>Proficient in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.</b></li><li>Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.</li><li>Familiar with Lean frameworks and continuous improvement practices</li></ul>
