Description

Support Operational Excellence managers in improvement initiatives and strategic projects. Independently execute smaller projects and assigned tasks. Implement defined process changes and help embed them in daily operations. Support KPI monitoring and dashboard maintenance. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out new processes and tools. Handle documentation, follow‑ups, and support change management activities. Work with SAP to ensure data quality and process transparency. Contribute to the SAP implementation (process mapping, documentation, data validation and migration). Participate in testing cycles, including creating test cases, executing tests, documenting results, and tracking issues. Support the rollout by preparing training materials and assisting key users. Participate in workshops and meetings, including taking minutes and coordinating follow-ups. Proactively contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

Completed technical or business education (e.g., HTL, Bachelor’s degree, or similar). First experience or strong interest in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence. Basic understanding of digital tools and ERP systems (e.g., Power BI, SAP) is an advantage. Solid skills in MS Office; proficiency in Excel is beneficial for data analysis, reporting, and documentation. Very good communication skills in English and German. Open, communicative, and proactive personality. Team player with a structured and independent working style. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Creativity, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality.
