<h1></h1><h1><b>Job Summary</b></h1><p></p>Salary: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 dependent upon education and experience.<br><br>Please note: This position cannot provide employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future. We ask that candidates answer all work authorization questions fully and accurately during the application process.<br><br>The Project Manager is responsible for the effective management (organization, planning, execution, control, and evaluation) of all aspects of their assigned projects. The Project Manager will develop and manage the cross functional project plan, ensuring milestones, and goals are met. This individual will be responsible for project level financial management and planning, and drives project execution in accordance with product development process and design controls. The candidate will effectively collaborate with project governance boards, communicate project status to management and provide resolution of project issues.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities</b></h1><h1></h1><ul><li>Organize a project plan (project scope, timeline, and budget) for medical device projects to satisfy milestones and deadlines with required actions. </li><li>Monitor and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets internally and externally. </li><li>Manage resources assigned to the project team to meet project goals/milestones. Work with management to ensure project has proper resources assigned. </li><li>Author planning documents as required to support assigned projects. </li><li>Provide guidance for team members in close collaboration with their direct supervisor.</li><li>Provide project level information to the project prioritization and/or product portfolio process.</li></ul><p><br /><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required and 5 years of job experience.</li><li>PMI, IPMA or equivalent certification preferred </li><li>Product life cycle or product development experience (preferably in a medical device or pharmaceutical company).</li><li>Demonstrated experience establishing and delivering projects within a cross-functional organization. </li><li>Knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>Experienced in working with stakeholders to manage their expectations and engaging them to address project issues.</li><li>Capable of managing risk to achieve business and customer objectives.</li><li>Good communication skills, good customer relationships, leadership skills and team building competencies.<br /> </li></ul><h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>Additional Information</span></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">disability, 401K</span></span></span></span> with company </span><span>contribution</span><span>, and wellness program. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fresenius Kabi is an Equal <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span> Action employer.
