Project Manager - Software

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>What you will do:</span></b></h1><ul><li><p><span>Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of medical projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and resource allocation.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&amp;D, QA, Marketing and operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage risks, dependencies, and issues ensuring timely resolution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track and report project progress, milestones and performance metrics to leadership.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b><span>What you need:</span></b></h1><p><span>Required Qualifications - </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>9–11 years of experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex technology projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong skills in project planning tools (Microsoft Project, Jira or similar).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing project risks, budgets, and timelines.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Preferred Qualifications - </span></p><ul><li><p><span>PMP certification &amp; experience with Agile / Scrum frameworks.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
