Project Manager - Scrum Master

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span><b>What will you do:</b></span></h1><ul><li><p><span>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure effective communication within the team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and deliver high-quality products, focusing on creating high value increments that eventually meet the Definition of Done.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that the team is delivering the committed work on time and within the agreed scope, while ensuring optimal performance and the elimination of blockers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track and report on the progress of the team, ensuring that the status of sprints, work completion, and risks are communicated to stakeholders regularly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establish and extend best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration within the embedded and hardware engineering domains.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><b>What you need:</b></h1><p><br /><span><b>Required Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline with total 9&#43; years of experience and minimum 4&#43; years as a Scrum Master</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must have at least one Scrum Certification – CSM/ PSM1 and in-depth knowledge of  agile and scrum practices and experience leading multiple scrum teams with different projects located across geographies with diverse cultures, and offshore environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience working in regulated industries like automotive, medical devices, or aerospace with exposure to CI/CD practices.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering, embedded systems, and software development processes with good understanding of hardware/software integration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent Presentation Skills to be able to deliver various scrum trainings</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
