Job Description

Role overview
You will lead multiple cross‑functional transformation and continuous improvement projects, driving a single, end‑to‑end way of working across risk management, corrections & removals, and post‑market surveillance.

What you’ll do

  • Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation to closure using a standard E2E methodology

  • Bring together diverse, cross‑functional teams and help them succeed together

  • Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, scope, and priorities

  • Manage risks, dependencies, and changes while keeping projects on track

  • Build strong business cases and support organizational change and adoption

  • Communicate clearly with leadership and project partners on progress and outcomes

  • Create an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5+ years of experience working with complex products or solutions

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience leading cross‑functional projects

  • Experience with quality management systems and design controls

  • Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Confidence working independently and making informed decisions

  • Experience using MS Project (required); PMP certification is a plus

  • Experience working with global or distributed teams is an advantage
