<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p>Manage execution of project in accordance with organization&#39;s project management methodology.</p><p>Develop, prioritize and submit project plans, budgets and methodologies across a range of key projects.</p><p>Define project resources, performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.</p><p>Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively can comprise a program.</p><p>Manage the work of core team members.</p><p></p><p><b><i>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</i></b></p><p>• Lead the most complex or critical projects that include Managing regulatory submission with early go to market and sustainable methodologies. Preferably experienced in medical device domain and/or healthcare domain.</p><p>• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.</p><p>• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.</p><p>• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.</p><p>• Select and manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.</p><p>• Lead, direct, and evaluate, team of SMEs (subject matter experts) from various functional groups to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and according to project specifications.</p><p>• Performs expected schedule updates to reflect current task status. Communicates project status to key stakeholders.</p><p>• Facilitates regularly scheduled project team meetings. Sets meeting agenda, and communicates meeting minutes, decisions, and action items. Follows up on action items accordingly.</p><p>• Manages project issues as they arise by assessing impact to project status. Proposes contingency plans to recover project status when negatively impacted.
