Job Description

We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our team and lead and coordinate new programs for our company.

Our ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, technical proficiency in Jira and Confluence, and experience creating structure and governance for complex projects. The role requires someone who can work across multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, develop and maintain project documentation and knowledge management assets, and support project delivery through modern tools and ways of working.

Objectives of this role

• Develop, implement, and maintain project initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Own assigned projects end-to-end and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project scope, components, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance with all identified stakeholder groups.
• Ensure project goals are achieved in alignment with team priorities, project management standards, and ways of working.
• Support the PMO organization through structured project execution, documentation, and knowledge management practices.
• Provide guidance on project structure, planning, and execution based on established project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to drive transparency, consistency, and delivery excellence.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

• Maintain daily contact with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and alignment on project needs.
• Take both a proactive and reactive approach to problem solving and issue resolution.
• Organize and lead recurring meetings, including daily, weekly, and monthly project forums, as well as ad hoc calls when needed.
• Organize and lead steering committee meetings to provide project updates, manage risks/issues, and support decision-making.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create, maintain, and continuously improve project documentation, including project plans, overviews, RAID logs, communication plans, governance materials, and status reports.
• Build and maintain project structure and documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
• Technical Knowledge in JIRA to create project plans is a PLUS.
• Apply project management best practices and methodology, including structured planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Monitor project progress proactively and track delivery against timelines, dependencies, and budget constraints where applicable.
• Ensure strong communication and collaboration across teams, functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Support knowledge management practices within the PMO by organizing project artifacts, documenting decisions, and maintaining reusable content.
• Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and support resolution through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Able to apply AI automation into Project Management framework

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a PMO, transformation, or consulting environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Technical Knowledge applying AI into Project Management environment
• Demonstrated experience structuring and managing projects, preferably in a consultant or PMO support role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with experience applying PMP-based practices in large or complex projects.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting knowledge management processes within a PMO.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across multiple levels.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive deliverables forward.
• Finance, Business Management, Computer Science or Pharmaceutical, background is an advantage.
