Tempus is a technology company at the forefront of precision medicine, advancing healthcare through AI-driven diagnostics and real-world evidence. Our diagnostics business sits at the intersection of clinical operations, commercial outcomes, and data, serving physicians and health systems across oncology and genomics. We are building the operational infrastructure that will define how Tempus scales its diagnostic operations.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operational Excellence team to support internal processes and initiatives that keep the diagnostics business unit running efficiently. This is a broad, cross-functional role: the Associate Project Manager will take on projects across a range of teams and workflows, partnering closely with stakeholders throughout the diagnostics organization to improve how work gets done. They will serve as a subject matter expert for the operating systems that support diagnostics operations, lead process improvements, and own operational reporting that leadership can rely on as a source of truth. Additionally, the Associate Project Manager will support operational communications and other projects as identified.

The expected salary range may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits depending on the position.
