Overall project coordination starting from the kick-off meeting to the functional testing of our equipment (FAT/SAT) to the final project handover to the service department. Project planning, control and monitoring for the pharmaceutical industry. Protocol and document management according to corresponding GMP standards. Moderation of customer meetings as well as regular exchange directly with the customer. First point of contact for internal and external project partners. Ongoing support of our customers in the execution phase.
